    • Melissa Beebe, sixteen years of age, died at the Burlington County Hospital (in Mount Holly) on Friday as a result of burns received a few days before. The girl was employed at the home of John Stermer and while engaged about the stove her clothing caught on fire. She ran all ablaze in(to) the street and her body was burned almost to a crisp.
