Patricia Watrous LaPlace, of High Street, Clinton, died Tuesday at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown. She was 57.
She was born in Colchester. She had worked at Chesebrough Ponds in Clinton for 15 years.
She is survived by her husband, Milton E. LaPlace; two sons, Milton LaPlace Jr. and Raymond LaPlace, and two daughters, Diana LaPlace and Tina LaPlace, all of Clinton; two grandaughters; five brothers; and five sisters.
A memorial service is scheduled Aug. 31 at noon at the Essex Baptist Church, Prospect Street. Donations may be made to the Middlesex Hospital, Department of Philanthropy for the new cancer wing.

Annie C. Powers LaPlace of Boston Post Road, Old Saybrook, and formerly of Centerbrook, died Wednesday at Gladeview Health Care Center in Old Saybrook. She was 91.
She was born in Deer Isle, Maine.
She leaves three daughters, Eunice Tolx of Old Saybrook, Cecilia Fickett of Middlefield and Colleen Traynor of Cross Junction, Va.; five sons, Milton LaPlace of Clinton, Richard LaPlace of Victorville, Calif., David LaPlace of Gardner, Maine, George LaPlace of Middlefield and Robert LaPlace of Old Saybrook; a sister, Doris Hardy of Deer Isle, Maine; 28 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be Friday at 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 10 Prospect St., Essex. Burial will be in Joshuatown Cemetery, Old Lyme. There are no calling hours. Donations may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund, Susan Origlia, Treasurer, 10 Prospect St., Essex, CT 06426. Robinson, Wright & Weymer Funeral Home, 34 Main St., Centerbrook, is in charge of arrangements.
