Born in Spring Valley, March 18, 1920, son of the late John and Mary Ellen (Chappell) Bryanton. Beloved husband of Mona M. (MacDonald-Woodworth) Bryanton and the late Clara (Hazelwood) Bryanton. Dear father of Raymond (Debi), Ottawa, and Donna Bryanton, Summerside. Loving grandfather of Carolyn (Terry) Richardson, Ottawa; Stacey Lee Hogg, Summerside and Melissa (Mark) Robinson, Hamilton. Special great-grandfather of Rodney Robinson. Brother of Herman (Doris) Bryanton, South Shore Villa, Crapaud. Predeceased by brothers Stacy Walden, Lester (Hilda) and Freddie. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington, for visitation on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Friday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment in People's Cemetery, Kensington. If so desired contributions may be made to the Prince County Hospital Foundation or Kensington People's Cemetery Fund.

Passed away peacefully at his home in Blind River in his 74th year on July 14, 2018. He is survived by his wife of 55 years Lillian, his son Allan and his daughter Angela (Dan Quenneville), his grandchildren Adam (Jenn), Crystal, Trisha, (Chris), Jennifer, Edouard, Kassandra (Brendon) and Ava, and his great grandchildren Conner, Auston, CJ, Carter, Oliver, Emmett, George and Skyla. He will be missed by his best friend and loyal companion, Cher. He also leaves many brothers and sister in laws and extended family and friends. Stan was predeceased by his parents Clifford and Lillian, his brother Lloyd, his daughters Sheila and Karen and his granddaughter Alicia.
Stan was an avid outdoorsman who admired and respected nature. A gentle man with an easy going spirit who adored his grand and great grandchildren. Family was most important to him and he enjoyed spending time with them the most. He will be forever missed by those who knew and loved him.
Cremation has taken place. Burial at Hillside Cemetery in Blind River, Ontario will take place on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 11am with a luncheon to follow at The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 189.
