- Lorraine Cummings was born Aug. 17, 1928, in Syracuse, daughter of Merritt and Laura Price Bice. She attended Ogdensburg Free Academy. Mrs. Cummings was employed in the food service department at St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center, Ogdensburg, for more than 25 years.
She married Kenneth J. Cummings on Nov. 20, 1948, at St. John's Episcopal Church, Ogdensburg, with the Rev. George A. Palmer officiating. Mr. Cummings died Jan. 27.
Among her survivors are a niece and her husband, Carol and Joseph Johnson, Ogdensburg, and several other nieces, nephews, cousins.
