    • Mrs. Anna Etta Demo Perry, 76, widow of George Perry, died Sunday afternoon, May 22, 1949, at 1:20 o'clock at Massena Memorial Hospital, where she had been a patient since a week ago Tuesday.
      She had been in declining health for one year and critically ill three weeks. She resided at 18 1/2 North Main Street.
      Mrs. Perry was born January 17, 1873, in Massena, one of 13 children of Benjamin and Sophia Amo Demo. She attended local schools and in early life married George Perry. He died in 1929. For a number of years Mrs. Perry was a pastry cook in local restaurants.
      Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Mary King of Massena, Mrs. Pearl Gemmill of Ogdensburg, the Misses Geneva and Pauline Perry, Massena; two sons, John and George H. Perry, Massena; four sisters, Mrs. Charles Jesmere and Mrs. Lula Love of Massena and Mrs. Fred Derushia and Mrs. Leonard LaShomb of Watertown; two brothers, Fred and Edward Demo of Massena; 16 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
