RINGWOOD ? Services were held for Richard Georges Price, 72, of Ringwood, who died on Wednesday, July 27, 2011.
Born in Canada, Mr. Price lived in Massena, N.Y., and Long Island, N.Y., before moving to Ringwood in 1976. He was a store manager for Shop Rite Liquors, Englewood, for 15 years before retiring in 2002. Also, he was a parishioner of St. Catherine's R.C. Church, Ringwood, and a member of St. Catherine's Knights of Columbus. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War as well.
Services were Saturday at the D'Agostino Funeral Home, Haskell, followed by Mass at St. Catherine's R.C. Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Ringwood Ambulance Corps, 115 Alta Vista Road, Ringwood, NJ 07456.
Mr. Price is survived by his wife, Maridith; his sons, Randy of Ringwood, and Kurt of Connecticut; his brother, Douglas, of New Hampshire; and two grandchildren.
