    CHARLES J. KELLY
    SENECA FALLS - Services for Charles J. Kelly, 68, of 27 Shamrock Ave, who died Tuesday night in the Taylor-Brown Memorial Hospital, Waterloo, following a brief illness, will be at 2 pm Friday at the Doran Funeral Horne here The Rev Robert Shackles, rector of Trinity Episcopal Church, will officiate and burial will be in Restvale.
    A veteran of World War I, Mr Kelly was a retired employee of Goulds Pumps, where he had been employed for 40 years prior to his retirement a few years agо. He was also a member of the Kirk-Casey American Legion Post.
    Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Lucy Wiley Kelly, at home: and two sisters, Mrs. Harold Birch, Waterloo, and Mrs. Grace Woods of Seneca Falls.
