  Lyme- John L. Feeney of 8 Sterling Hill Rd. Died Thursday, August 23, 2012 in Middlesex Hospital in Middletown. Mr. Feeney was born on May 29, 1952 in New London the son of Louis and Willa Blake Feeney. He worked as a carpenter running his own business as well as helping out others. He married Mary "Peggy" Tisdale on September 3, 1988 in the Grassy Hill Church in Lyme. Mr. Feeney is survived by his loving wife, his two sons Sterlin W. Feeney and Austin L. Feeney his daughter Sarah Feeney his brother Robert L. Feeney and his sister Eleanor Feeney. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at 11:00am in grassy Hill Church in Lyme. Calling Hours will be held on Friday, August 31, 2012 from 5:00 until 7:00pm in Fulton-Theroux Funeral Home, 13 Beckwith Ln., Old Lyme.
