Miss Carol A. Phelps, 63, died Friday, September 18, 1998, at Putnam Community Medical Center after a short illness.
She had resided with her family in the Bostwick area for the past 23 years, coming here from Waterford, Ct.
She is survived by her mother, Adeline Phelps and her brother, Daniel Phelps, both of Bostwick.
Visitation was held Tuesday, 6-8 P.M. at Masters Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held today, 2 p.m. at Palatka Memorial Gardens. (Palatka Daily News Obituary dtd 23 Sep 1998.)
