    • Karen A. Marsh, age 61 of Freehold went home to be with the Lord on Thursday October 11, 2012 at the Rehabilitation Center at Wedgewood Gardens in Freehold. Born in Long Branch, she had lived in Atlantic Highlands before moving to Freehold 4 years ago. Karen was a key punch operator for Fort Monmouth for 10 years before retiring 25 years ago. Karen was a member of a Square Dance Club for several years and Danced at the New York World's Fair. She was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church attending Bible School, Sunday School and was a long time member of the Junior and Senior Choirs. She loved her God and her church.
      Karen was predeceased by her mother Myrtle Marsh. Surviving are her father William Marsh, her sister and brother in law Barbara and Kevin Keeshen all of Monmouth Beach, 2 nephews Peter Keeshen and Bryan Keeshen and his wife Cindy and their daughters Sarah and Elizabeth.
      Visitation will be held on Wednesday October 17 from 2-4, 7-9 pm at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave (corner of Third Ave) Long Branch. A Funeral service will be held on Thursday 11 am at Asbury United Methodist Church, 61 Atlantic Ave, Long Branch followed by an interment at Woodbine Cemetery, Oceanport. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to Asbury United Methodist Church.
