- Curtis Hayes, Nancy Lea Age 62 of Albertville, passed away June 15, 2011. 1967 Graduate of Brooklyn Center High School. Preceded in death by parents: James & LaVerne Curtis. Survived by devoted husband, John Hayes; sister, Cheryl (Joe) O'Konek; brother, Michael (Sharon) Curtis; mother-in-law, Helen Hayes; nieces, nephews, grand nieces & nephews, many cousins & good friends. Nancy loved her animals, riding horses with close friend Sandy, golfing, traveling, dancing & reading. Memorial service at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH MAPLE GROVE CHAPEL (13745 Reimer Dr.) Friday, July 29 at 11 AM with visitation 1/2 hour prior & reception to follow. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
