- BARNETT, Darryl Of Cumberland, Ont., passed away on Tuesday November 7, 2017, at the age of 79. Husband of the late Shirley Millar. Dear son of the late Lawrence Barnett and the late Annie Watson. Loving father of Stephanie (Allan Burns) and Kirk. Cherished grandfather of Levi and Mackenzie Burns and Dalton Barnett. Dear brother of: Claire (the late Joe Brown), Joy (the late Martin Morin), Joan (Douglas Lancaster), Marva (the late Gaston Lagimonière) and Brenda (the late Bob McCooeye). Will be missed by his dear friend Marion Maloney-Lauzon and many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his siblings: Arla (the late Eddie Jade), Wanda (Donald Johnston) and Glenda (the late Charlie Murray). Donations may be made to the Make-A-Wish Eastern Ontario Foundation, 92 Bentley Avenue, Unit 4, Ottawa, ON K2E 6T9. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel, on Monday November 13, 2017, at 11 a.m. You may express your condolences to the family on Sunday November 12 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Monday from 9:30 a.m. at: THEO BRUNET & SONS FUNERAL HOME 2419 Laurier Street Rockland, Ont.
