- Passed away August 27, 2010 after a courageous battle with cancer. Devoted and loving wife, best friend and soul mate of Martin C. Best (Trudy's Big Teddy Bear) for 14 years. Dear and cherished Mother of Rachelle (Shelley) Lynn DiRisio (Robert). Proud "Gamma" of Sydney Marie. Beloved daughter of Gertrude I. "Gracie" and James A. Murray (2009).She will be sadly missed by her brother Brooke Murray. Trudy was an avid gardener, a true homemaker, as well as a devoted employee of Windsor's Metropolitan Hospital for over 35 years. She will be sadly missed by all her coworkers and friends from the hospital as well as all those whose lives she touched. As an expression of sympathy those who wish may make a memorial donation to the Hospice of Windsor. Visitation Sunday 3-5 & 7-9pm. Funeral Monday 11:00 am. at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841. Entombment Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
